This Agreement governs your use of the App’s core features, including but not limited to AI-powered image stylization, local photo import and capture, history gallery management, and content sharing. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the App. The App is designed with a "privacy first" principle, and we are committed to protecting your content and personal information at all times.
It is critical to emphasize that Lghiblid does not collect any facial data from the User under any circumstances. This commitment applies to all aspects of your use of the App, including when you import photos from your device’s gallery, capture new photos with your device’s camera, generate stylized images, or manage your creation history. We do not extract, store, process, or transmit any facial information, facial features, or facial data from any images you use or create within the App. Our AI stylization technology operates solely on your device and is designed only to transform the overall style of your images—we do not include any algorithms, tools, or processes that target, identify, or collect facial data. This commitment is integral to our privacy-first design and is strictly followed in all aspects of the App’s operation.
Lghiblid is fully functional without the need for you to create an account, register, or log in with any personal information. You can immediately access all core features of the App upon opening it, including importing photos from your device’s gallery, capturing new photos with your device’s camera, generating stylized images with one tap, managing your local creation history, saving results to your device’s Photos app, and sharing stylized content. No personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or any form of identification) is required to use the App, and we never collect any account-related data, as no accounts are created or used within the App.
Since no account is required to use the App, we have no need to collect any facial data for account verification, user identification, or personalization purposes. We do not ask for, request, or collect any facial data at any point during your use of the App—whether during initial setup, feature usage, or content sharing. Your facial information, if present in any photos you import, capture, or stylize, remains entirely on your device and is never collected by us. We do not link any facial data to a user profile (as no profiles exist) and never use facial data for any purpose, as we never collect it.

All processing related to these features occurs locally on your device, and none of your content is transmitted to external servers.
None of the App’s features involve collecting facial data. When you import or capture photos containing facial features, the App only accesses these images locally to apply stylization—we do not collect, extract, or store any facial data from these images. The AI stylization feature does not analyze, identify, or record facial information; it only modifies the overall style, color, and texture of the image. The history gallery, which organizes your stylized creations locally, does not collect or store any facial data from the images it contains. Even when you share stylized images, we do not collect any facial data from the shared content, as sharing is handled through your device’s native features and we do not track or monitor sharing activity.
All data processing associated with your use of the App occurs exclusively on your device. This includes the import of photos, camera capture, AI stylization, and management of your creation history. None of your original photos, stylized results, or usage data is transmitted to our servers, cloud storage, or any third-party services. All content you create or use within the App is stored locally on your device, and you retain full ownership and control over this content at all times.
You are solely responsible for the content you import, capture, or stylize using the App, including ensuring that you have the right to use any photos you upload (e.g., not infringing on the copyright or privacy of others). We do not claim any ownership rights to your original photos or stylized results—all rights to this content remain with you.
When you delete any images, stylized results, or history records within the App, those items are permanently removed from your device. We do not retain any copies of your deleted content, as we never store your data on external servers. The App’s history gallery is a local feature that only exists on your device, and we cannot access, view, or modify its contents.
Our local data processing approach ensures that we never collect any facial data from your content. Since all processing happens on your device, we never have access to your photos or stylized images in a way that would allow us to collect facial data. We do not implement any server-side processing that could extract facial information, and we do not store any of your images (original or stylized) on external systems where facial data could be collected. Even the AI stylization algorithm, which runs locally on your device, does not include any components that identify, extract, or store facial data—it only processes the overall image to apply stylistic changes, without targeting or capturing any facial features. You retain full control over any facial information present in your content, as it never leaves your device and is never collected by us.
When using Lghiblid, you agree to use the App in a manner that is respectful, responsible, and consistent with the intended purpose of the App (i.e., creating stylized images for personal use). You agree not to use the App for any activities that could harm the App, other users, or third parties, including but not limited to:

We may periodically release updates to the App, including bug fixes, performance improvements, new features, and enhancements to our privacy protections. These updates may be delivered automatically or may require you to manually download and install them. By continuing to use the App after an update is released, you agree to the updated version of the App and any changes to this User Agreement that may accompany the update (we will always notify you of significant changes to this Agreement within the App).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, without prior notice, as long as such modifications do not compromise our core commitment to privacy and not collecting facial data. Any modifications to the App will continue to adhere to our privacy-first principle and our commitment to not collecting facial data.
All updates and modifications to the App will maintain our strict commitment to not collecting any facial data. We will never add features or algorithms that collect, extract, or process facial data, and any updates will not include any tools that target or identify facial information. We may enhance our privacy protections in updates, but we will never introduce any functionality that would involve collecting facial data. Any changes to the App’s functionality will be designed to preserve your control over your content and ensure that facial data remains on your device and is never collected by us.

Any screenshots or images you choose to share with support (to help resolve issues) are only used to address your inquiry and are not stored or used to collect facial data. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all local content associated with the App (including your history gallery and stylized results) from your device, and we will not retain any copies of this content.
We may terminate or restrict your use of the App if you violate any terms of this User Agreement, including but not limited to violating our acceptable use policy or attempting to use the App to collect facial data. If we terminate your use of the App, all local content associated with the App will remain on your device (unless you uninstall the App), and we will not access or modify this content.
Termination of use does not affect our commitment to not collecting facial data. We never collect any facial data during your use of the App, and we will not collect any facial data after termination. Any facial information present in your local content remains on your device and is never collected by us, even after you stop using the App or uninstall it. Uninstalling the App removes all your content from your device, and we have no way to access or collect any facial data from that content after uninstallation.
