This Subscription Agreement governs your purchase and use of the premium subscription service provided by the Lghiblid application . By purchasing, activating, or using the Subscription Service, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as the App’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Subscription Service is designed to enhance your experience with the App’s core image stylization features, while maintaining our unwavering commitment to privacy and data protection.
It is important to note that the App does not require you to create an account or log in with any personal information to purchase or use the Subscription Service. You can complete the subscription process directly within the App using your device’s native payment methods, without providing any additional personal data beyond what is required by your payment provider. This aligns with our privacy-first design and ensures that your information remains under your full control.
We strictly do not collect any facial data from the Subscriber at any point, including during the subscription process, activation, or use of the Subscription Service. This commitment is fundamental to our privacy principles and applies to all aspects of your interaction with the App and the Subscription Service. We never gather, extract, store, or process any facial information, facial features, or facial data from any photos you import, capture, or stylize using the App—whether you are a free user or a subscriber. The Subscription Service enhances your access to the App’s AI image stylization features but does not introduce any functionality that would involve collecting facial data. Our AI technology operates entirely on your device, and we do not include any algorithms, tools, or processes that target, identify, or collect facial data. Even when processing payments for the Subscription Service, we do not collect any facial data, as payment processing is handled by your device’s native payment provider and we do not access or store any payment-related personal information beyond what is necessary to confirm the subscription.
The Lghiblid Subscription Service is an optional premium service that provides Subscribers with enhanced access to the App’s AI image stylization features, beyond the free functionality available to all users. The specific benefits of the Subscription Service may include, but are not limited to:
The exact features and benefits of the Subscription Service may be updated or modified from time to time, and we will notify you of any significant changes within the App. All updates to the Subscription Service will maintain our core commitment to privacy and will not involve collecting any facial data.
None of the enhanced features included in the Subscription Service involve collecting, extracting, or processing facial data. The premium stylization tools, batch processing, and advanced editing features operate entirely on your device, just like the App’s free features, and do not target or collect any facial information. Even when using priority support, we do not ask for or collect any facial data—support inquiries are handled without requiring any facial information, and any screenshots or images you choose to share with support are only used to resolve your issue and are not stored or used to collect facial data. We do not use facial data for any purpose related to the Subscription Service, as we never collect it in the first place.
The Subscription Service is available for purchase through the App’s built-in payment interface, which uses your device’s native payment methods (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported payment providers). The subscription is offered in various durations, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, with corresponding pricing displayed clearly in the App at the time of purchase. The pricing is subject to change, but any changes will be communicated to you before you complete a purchase, and you will have the option to accept or decline the new pricing.
When you purchase the Subscription Service, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or mobile payment account). Payment is processed directly by the payment provider, and we do not collect, store, or process any of your payment information (such as card numbers, billing addresses, or payment history). We only receive confirmation from the payment provider that the payment has been completed, to activate your Subscription Service.
The Subscription Service is activated immediately upon successful payment, and the subscription period begins on the date of activation. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period, unless you cancel the automatic renewal through your device’s payment settings before the end of the current period. You will be notified by your payment provider before each automatic renewal, and you can cancel the renewal at any time without penalty.
Payment processing for the Subscription Service does not involve collecting any facial data. We do not ask for, request, or collect any facial information during the purchase process, and the payment provider does not share any facial data with us (as none is collected). The only information we receive from the payment provider is confirmation of payment completion, which does not include any facial data. Our commitment to not collecting facial data extends to all aspects of the subscription process, ensuring that your facial information remains entirely on your device and is never accessed or collected by us.
The Subscription Service is provided for a fixed duration (e.g., 30 days for a monthly subscription, 90 days for a quarterly subscription, 365 days for an annual subscription), as selected by you at the time of purchase. The subscription period is continuous unless you cancel the automatic renewal or the Subscription Service is terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Automatic renewal is enabled by default when you purchase the Subscription Service, meaning that your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the end of each period, and the applicable fee will be charged to your selected payment method. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time by accessing your device’s payment settings (e.g., Apple ID settings for App Store purchases, Google Play account settings for Google Play purchases) and disabling the renewal option for Lghiblid. Cancellation of automatic renewal will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription Service until the period expires.
If your payment for automatic renewal fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds, expired payment method, or network issues), your Subscription Service will be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed. We will not collect any additional fees for failed payments, and you will have the option to update your payment method and reactivate the Subscription Service without losing any remaining subscription time.
During the subscription duration, renewal process, or suspension of service due to failed payment, we never collect any facial data. The automatic renewal process is handled by your device’s payment provider, and we do not access or collect any facial information at any point. Even if your subscription is suspended or expired, we do not collect any facial data from your device or the content you have created using the App. Your facial information remains on your device at all times, and we never collect it, regardless of your subscription status.
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time. Cancellation of the automatic renewal will stop future charges and allow you to use the Subscription Service until the end of the current subscription period. If you wish to cancel the Subscription Service and request a refund, refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and the refund amount will be equal to the full subscription fee paid (excluding any taxes or fees charged by the payment provider). Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, and we will not be responsible for any delays in refund processing.
If you cancel the Subscription Service after using any of the premium benefits, no refund will be provided, but you will continue to have access to the Subscription Service until the end of the current period. Upon expiration or cancellation of the Subscription Service, you will revert to the App’s free functionality, and all premium features will no longer be accessible.
Cancellation and refund processes do not involve collecting any facial data. When you contact us to request a refund, we do not ask for or collect any facial information. We only require basic information to verify your purchase (such as the purchase date, payment amount, and device type), which does not include any facial data. We do not use facial data to process refunds, and we never collect any facial data during the cancellation process. Your facial information remains on your device and is never accessed or collected by us, even when you cancel your subscription or request a refund.
As a Subscriber, you agree to use the Subscription Service in accordance with this Agreement, the App’s User Agreement, and all applicable rules and guidelines. Your responsibilities include:
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your Subscription Service if you violate any of these responsibilities, without providing a refund, to protect the App, other users, and our privacy commitments.
Your responsibilities as a Subscriber include adhering to our commitment to not collecting facial data. You agree not to use the Subscription Service or the App to collect, extract, or share facial data from any images or users. We do not include any features in the Subscription Service that allow for the collection of facial data, and any attempt to use the App or Subscription Service for this purpose is a violation of this Agreement. We actively prevent any misuse of the App that could involve collecting facial data, and we reserve the right to take action against Subscribers who violate this commitment. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that any photos you use with the Subscription Service do not contain facial data that you are not authorized to use, but we do not collect or process any of that facial data regardless.
As a Subscriber, you benefit from the same privacy-first design that applies to all users of the App, with no additional data collection required for the Subscription Service. Our key privacy commitments for Subscribers include:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or enhance the Subscription Service at any time, including adding new features, removing existing features, or adjusting the pricing. Any significant changes to the Subscription Service (such as changes to core benefits or pricing) will be notified to you within the App at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your automatic renewal and continue to use the Subscription Service until the end of the current period.
We may also temporarily suspend the Subscription Service for maintenance, technical updates, or other reasons. We will notify you of any planned suspensions in advance, whenever possible, and will restore the service as quickly as possible. Temporary suspensions will not extend the subscription period, but we may provide a small extension of your subscription as compensation for significant disruptions.
All modifications to the Subscription Service will maintain our strict commitment to not collecting any facial data. We will never add features or algorithms that collect, extract, or process facial data, and any updates will not include any tools that target or identify facial information. We may enhance our privacy protections in updates, but we will never introduce any functionality that would involve collecting facial data. Any changes to the Subscription Service will be designed to preserve your control over your content and ensure that facial data remains on your device and is never collected by us.
The Subscription Service will terminate automatically at the end of the current subscription period if you cancel the automatic renewal. You may also terminate the Subscription Service at any time by contacting our support team, but this will not entitle you to a refund unless you meet the refund criteria outlined in Section 5.
We may terminate your Subscription Service immediately, without providing a refund, if you violate any terms of this Agreement, the App’s User Agreement, or your Subscriber responsibilities (e.g., sharing the Subscription Service with third parties, using the App to collect facial data, or infringing on the rights of others). If we terminate your Subscription Service for a violation, you will not be able to purchase or use the Subscription Service in the future, unless we grant you permission to do so.
Upon termination of the Subscription Service (whether by expiration, cancellation, or termination by us), you will revert to the App’s free functionality, and all premium features will no longer be accessible. Your original photos and stylized results will remain on your device, and we will not delete or modify any of your local content.
Termination of the Subscription Service does not affect our commitment to not collecting any facial data. We never collect any facial data during your use of the Subscription Service, and we will not collect any facial data after termination. Any facial information present in your local content remains on your device and is never collected by us, even after your subscription ends. We do not retain any facial data or other personal information related to your subscription after termination, and all subscription records we hold do not include any facial data.
As a Subscriber, you have access to priority support to assist with any questions, feedback, or issues related to the Subscription Service, the App’s features, or your privacy. You can contact our support team directly through the App’s built-in support feature or via email. We are committed to addressing your inquiries promptly and transparently, and we will work to resolve any issues you may encounter while using the Subscription Service.
Our support team is trained to assist with questions related to subscription purchases, cancellations, refunds, and the App’s premium features—including our strict policy of not collecting facial data. We welcome your feedback on how we can improve the Subscription Service and our privacy protections.
Our support channels do not collect any facial data from Subscribers. When you contact our support team, we do not ask for, request, or collect any facial information. Any screenshots or images you choose to share with support (to help resolve issues) are only used to address your inquiry and are not stored or used to collect facial data.
